What is the best advice you’ve ever received? | Recovering takes as long as it takes
An event that shaped who you are? | Being diagnosed with Breast Cancer at age 34 What are the first three things you do when you wake up? | This changes daily! After having a very regimented routine for most of my life, I am now practicing checking in with my body when I wake up and responding in accordance with how I feel. Lets call it using my intuition!
How would you describe yourself in 3 words? | Colourful. Complex. Loving.
What is one piece of advice you’d give your 16 year old self? | You are safe to be yourself even though sometimes it doesn’t feel like it. Not everyone is going to like you and thats ok.
What does success look like to me? | Inner peace, deep connection in relationship, non judgement, giving back, acting out of love not fear, motherhood
3 things always in your pantry? | Cinnamon, dark chocolate and organic white wine.... that goes in the pantry doesn't it? Hahaha.
Best tip for reaching your goals? | Achieving your goals doest make you more valuable or a better person, goals are something you work towards because you love and respect yourself…so work towards your goals with love, not fear of failure.

Biggest lightbulb moment? | Vulnerability is not only the birthplace of discomfort and fear, but importantly also the birthplace of courage, connection and intimacy. Quote that inspires you? | "They asked her, 'what is the key to saving the world?' She answered, "You. You are the key. Heal yourself, know yourself, make yourself whole and free. Release all limits so that your love can flow unconditionally for yourself and the world, this will open the heaven of your heart completely and it will guide you without fail." (Yung Pueblo) If you had NO LIMITS or NO past story who would you be and what would you be doing? | Today I would choose my past story, because today my past is not a liability but rather my experiences and insight are my greatest asset. It is in fact my past which has allowed my to create the possibilities in my life today... and today there are no limits to what I can do. So today, I choose to be me... on this path of self discovery and self creation. Dream big.
