Ok, a bit about me! I was first introduced to the beautiful world of doTERRA after I was diagnosed with a hormone receptive Breast Cancer in 2015 when I decided to start reducing toxins in my home (and life). I very quickly learnt how harmful synthetic fragrances and chemicals can be to our endocrine system (hormones) not to mention the rest of our body! So I began the process of phasing out toxins in my home, fragrance, skin and hair care and I started introducing toxin free products.
I also learnt the amazing benefits to my emotional, psychological and physical health of daily rituals and meditation and these powerful oils went hand in hand so I began diffusing oils in my home to support my mood as well as using these super powerful oils in morning or evening meditation practice and to support my sleep! I also started using these oils in place of perfume!
Almost 4 years on and I now have an amazing partner and baby boy and it is even more important to me to have a toxin free household and personal care regime for me and my family. I could not feel more grateful to experience the beauty these oils bring to my life on a daily basis and the more I learn and grow in doTERRA, the more I love.
